Naturelza Diet Drops is a weight management supplement in liquid form. It’s distributed in small 30 ml bottles with a dropper incorporated into the twist-off top.
I was unable to find out anything about the company behind this product and the diet drops appear to be its only product.
The company behind Naturelza Diet Drops does not provide any information about its location, but the Naturelza Diet Drops marketing material states the drops are manufactured in the USA.
The only way to contact the company is via an online form. The people at the receiving end of that form could be anywhere in the world.
What are Naturelza Diet Drops?
Naturelza Diet Drops is a supplement that provides a combination of amino acids and plant extracts.
Diet drops work a little differently to diet pills and other forms of weight management supplement. It is similar though to another product called Bioharmony Complex Plus
The ingredients in diet pills enter the blood by passing through the intestinal walls. The active ingredients in diet drops enter the blood by passing through the thin skin underneath the tongue.
In theory, diet drops should be faster-acting than diet pills. It’s not all about speed though. This type of supplement is often very attractive to people who find it difficult to swallow pills.

How Do Naturelza Diet Drops Work?
The manufacturer is making a lot of claims for its product.
The first claim is that it will provide an organic detox. If it can do this, it may purge the body of toxins that could be slowing metabolism.
If the product suppresses appetite in the promised manner, it will make it easier to eat less food without feeling hungry.
By boosting metabolism it should be able to make the body burn extra calories throughout the day. If a low-calorie diet is in place, this may lead to additional fat-loss.
Weight loss products that lower blood sugar sometimes work for weight-loss by preventing the blood sugar spikes that trigger an unfortunate scenario where the body releases insulin to bring the blood sugar level down but causes it to crash. When blood sugar crashes, it can lead to carb cravings.
In this case, I have to wonder if the formulation might be causing blood sugar crashes because a lot of customers are complaining about increases in appetite.
A good weight-loss diet causes an energy deficit that forces the body to begin burning its stores of fat. The body often burns a little muscle tissue along with the fat. This is never good because loss of muscle mass can slow metabolism.
Needless to say, losing muscle is a particularly undesirable problem for bodybuilders and other athletes. For this reason, many sports supplements and certain weight-loss supplements contain ingredients to tackle this issue.
As for the claim about supporting immunity. This is a bolt-on claim many manufacturers have begun tagging on to their existing products. It’s a marketing tactic that began, for obvious reasons, in early 2020.

Each serving (20 drops) of Naturelza Diet Drops provides 20 mcg of chromium picolinate and 25 mg of a proprietary blend.
L-carnitine and L-arginine are very prominent ingredients.
The proprietary blend contains undisclosed quantities of the following 13 ingredients:

*Coleus Forskohlii is a plant extract. It does not come from mushrooms or any other species of fungi. It’s hard to say how this error has come about but I found a picture of the label and it states the proprietary blend contains “Coleus Forskohlii Mushroom Extract.”
One the one hand, it’s possible Naturelza is ignorant about the type of ingredients it is using. One the other hand, it could be the company simply omitted a comma. However, there are thousands of mushroom species, some of which are poisonous. Manufacturers generally identify the type of mushroom extract they include in their formulations.
Blend Potential
If you disregard all the claims for this product and look at formulation instead, it’s hard to say what, if any benefits Naturelza Diet Drops may offer. The label identifies the ingredients in the formulation but does not state how much of each one is present.
Chromium picolinate is the exception. The manufacturer states each dose provides 20 mcg.
Chromium picolinate provides chromium in an easily accessible form. It’s a good ingredient.
Most diet pill formulations have it because chromium can prevent carb cravings by regulating blood sugar and insulin levels. [1]
However, Naturelza Diet Drops also contains unspecified amounts of green coffee bean extract. It can lower blood sugar too. If the inclusion rate is too high, it could explain why so many customers say the drops increase appetite.
Garcinia cambogia a fruit extract that suppresses appetite and inhibits fat storage. Presuming an adequate inclusion rate, it’s a good inclusion.
African mango (Irvingia gabonensis) is another potentially good ingredient. The participants in on study achieved “significant improvements in body weight, body fat, and waist circumference.” Unfortunately, the dose provided here is likely to be too low. [2]
Research shows the forskolin coleus forskohlii provides supports fat loss along with increases in muscle mass so it’s a viable inclusion too. [3]
Several of the other ingredients offer value as well but the lack of inclusion rates is an especially big problem because the blend contains citric acid, which offers no value at all.
The presence of dandelion is an especially big issue. It’s a diuretic that could cause water loss that may be mistaken for fat loss.
How to Use Naturelza Diet Drops
The dose is one dropper (20 drops), taken two to three times per day. You place the drops underneath the tongue, hold them there for 10 seconds, and then swallow them.
There are 30 servings per bottle. If you take the drops twice per day, a bottle will last 15 days. If you take the drops three times per day, it will only last for 10 days.

Amazon customer reviews are predominantly good. However, a lot of people are leaving 5-star reviews that are obviously based on a first impression. In some cases, the customers say they will update their reviews later when they know if the product worked.
The fact that people are leaving reviews before they have any real experience using Naturelza Diet Drops is suspicious. This made me dig deeper. As expected, I found customers making allegations of feedback tampering.
More worryingly, I found a lot of customers complaining about contaminated products with things growing inside the bottle and/or other foreign bodies in the liquid.

The price seems pretty cheap but it’s important not to lose sight of the fact that, depending on whether you take the upper or lower dose, each bottle will only last 10-15 days. That’s not cheap anymore.
